Safeguarding customer privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our shop uses SSL (256 bit Secure Socket Layering) which encrypts the data while it is being transferred over the internet. We use custumer data solely to process the  orders.

Under no circumstances will we forward, sell or rent customer information to a third party.

After registration, the customer may change data, submit more information or delete all of the information. The customer may also suscribe or unsuscribe to our free newsletter.

Description and Merchandise Prices

You will find the product description as well as the prices of all goods in the online offer. 

Payment, Actualization and Delivery
Details regarding delivery and contract actualization are partially determined by the customer through choice of payment option, delivery address, etc. Around 3 weeks after receipt of the order, DAVISWEAR will ship the order unless other delivery arrangements have been made. Product delivery is subject to availability. If we daviswear is not able to send the ordered items or items equal in quality and price, daviswear may forfeit liability. Also, daviswear reserves the right to terminate contract if during the production process it is found out that the items cannot be produced as requested by the customer.

Contract Compliance
The contract between DAVISWEAR and the customer is validated as follows. The customer may choose articles in the shop and place them in the shopping cart. The customer may change or delete the contents of the cart at any time. By clicking the "buy now" button, the customer states his/her intention to purchase the contents of the shopping cart. If the ordered merchandise is available, DAVISWEAR will confirm the order via e-mail, thereby validating the order.

Compensation and Warranty
The warranty is in accordance with legal statutes and terminates 6 months after purchase. The customer must immediately check the merchadise for defect upon receipt of the shipment. If the merchandise is defective, the customer is obliged to immediately inform DAVISWEAR in writing defective(at) There are no special guarantees in effect. No warranties other than those allowed by German law shall be granted. For further details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

3. Termination Rights

According to the Distance Selling Regulation, the customer has the right to cancel an order up to two weeks after delivery.
In order to meet the 2 (two) week deadline, mailing the cancellation notice or the merchandise within that time frame is sufficient. Please, always refer to and include the billing number. The cancellation must be put in writing and must be forwarded to DAVISWEAR, Weisenauer Strasse, 43, 65428 Ruesselsheim, either by mail or e-mail to 
cancellation(at), or the merchandise may be returned without advance notice within 2 weeks. If the contract was cancelled on time and the merchandise returned, DAVISWEAR is obligated to refund payment in full unless the items are not in their original unused, undamaged, and clean condition. In case the merchandise is returned stained or faulty, based on German Law, a certain amount will be deducted so that the full sales price in this case will not be refunded. The percentage of the deduction will be based on German Law at that particular time. Within Germany daviswear will refund the postage for the return shipment if the value of the merchandise exceeds 40,- Euro. Customers outside of Germany always have to bear the cost for return postage except when items where eronously shipped by daviswear that had not been ordered by the customer.
